1. Customers will have to read the terms and conditions given under the applicable products. Ordering a product amounts to having agreed to those terms and conditions. 
  2. Terms & conditions for Marketing Promotions or Similar Products/Services is placed on top of their listed category.
  3. Delivery charge will be borne by the customer depending on the category and quantity of your order. That however will be at the best price and will have to be paid separately.
  4. How Can I Cancel or Change My Order? It is possible within 24 hours after your initial placement of order. If you fail then, you can still process it like a product you would like to return to get a replacement for.
  5. We would not be able to accept the return of product on its own, but fully commit to offer replacements. Kindly please note that you will have to notify about the replacement within 24 hours after the receipt of your order.
  6. How Long Will It Take To Get My Package? Once you have purchased our product, delivering it takes about a day or two within Thimphu Thromde and about a week or more to other areas across Bhutan. Exceptions might be there due to certain unavoidable circumstances. You can always enquire us with your Order ID or you can also track your order from here.
  7. For instances where products are delivered with defect, customer can immediately inform Bhutan OK for replacement. Bhutan OK shall replace with no cost on the customer. The cost for return of the defective product will also be borne by Bhutan OK.
