1. Facebook page of the registered business (RB) has to be consistently kept active to ensure easy discovery. Change or termination of page should be notified to Bhutan OK to duly update in the Digital Marketplace/marketing promotions.
2.  RB will have to update their product photos with as much details (such as price, quality, make, stock, color and design choices, etc.) in their Facebook page to ease shoppers from the trouble of physically visiting it.
3. Customers can then search their needed products easily through various criteria such as location or proximity, recent, price, quality, design, make etc.
4. RB can be directly contacted by the customer, which is convenience of both the parties. Thus, RB needs to provide due services that strengthens trust in both RB and Bhutan OK.
5. Though customers may contact the RB as a result of Digital Marketplace/marketing promotions, the deal can be struck between the customers and RB on their own
6. Payment for products or services can be negotiated independent of Bhutan OK. Customers choose to get the product delivered or pick themselves, where in case of delivery, transportation cost may have to be borne by the customer.
