How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Once you have purchased our product, delivering it takes about a day or two within Thimphu Thromde and about a week or less to other areas across Bhutan. Exceptions might be there due to certain circumstances. You can always enquire us with your Order ID or you can also track your order from here. How do you deliver? Within Thimphu Thromde, for order of Nu 1000 or more, we have delivery cars to freely deliver the orders. However, if the amount of products ordered is the size of a bolero load or higher, separate transportation charge will have to be borne by the customers. Depending on orders, we choose reliable transports to deliver these to other places.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Bhutan OK will accept online payments such as Bank of Bhutan (BOB), Bhutan National Bank (BNB), Druk Punjab Bank (PNB), Tashi Bank (T-Bank) and Bhutan Development Bank Limited (BDBL).

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Yes, Buying Online is safe for every customer. Bhutan OK linked its payment method from RMA (Royal Monetary Authority) which is considered as one of the finest payment connection.

How do I place an Order?

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

It is possible within 24 hours after your initial placement of order. If you fail then, you can still process it like a product you would like to return to get a replacement for.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes, It is mandatory for all the visitors to create an account under Bhutan OK.

How Do I Track My Order?

Customer can track an order by clicking on the Track Order option which is allocated on the top bar of the website.

How Can I Return a Product?

We would not be able to accept the return of product, but fully commit to offer replacements. Kindly please note that you will have to notify about the replacement within 24 hours after the receipt of your order.

I could not activate my account. How do I solve it?

Network congestion causes this on some occasions. You can email or call us to rectify this.

Is there additional cost?

Delivery within Thimphu Thromde is free provided the total order amounts to Nu. 1000 or more. However, if the amount of products ordered is the size of a bolero load or higher, separate transportation charge will have to be borne by the customer. For delivery to other areas, delivery cost will have to be borne by the customer depending on the category and quantity of your order. That however will be at the best price and will have to be paid separately. Most products are available in the country and the costs tagged to the products are inclusive of taxes. Information on applicable additional costs such as tax, delivery cost, etc. are displayed under terms and conditions only for the products subjected to it. However, the costs for some products that need to be imported upon getting orders is exclusive of taxes. So kindly read those terms and conditions given for under the applicable products.
